By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
No contract will subsist between you and Biondi Couture Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Biondi Couture Limited accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Biondi Couture Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
Biondi Couture Limited offers you a choice when it comes to delivering your order. You can choose FREE DELIVERY * which means that your order will reach you within 5 working days free of charge or you can choose NEXT DAY DELIVERY ** which is guaranteed for just £6.50 (excluding weekends).
Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days. If you are overseas customer please telephone us or email us at info@biondicouture.com and we will be happy to help.
Orders may be delivered to either business or residential addresses. We use a small number of carefully selected carriers, including Royal Mail and regional couriers, depending on the time, size and destination of your delivery.
A signature is required for all Biondi deliveries
* Only for orders over £50.00. For all orders under £50.00 standard UK delivery will be charged at £5.00.
**Biondi Couture Limited guarantees next day delivery before 1pm to all UK areas for £6.50 as long as the order is received before 10am the previous day. Please note an order received before 10am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday before 1pm. Orders made over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery the following Tuesday before 1pm. Bank Holiday Mondays are treated as part of the weekend and therefore orders taken over Bank Holiday weekends will be despatched Tuesday for delivery before 1pm Wednesday.
If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift wrap or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us:
Please return a copy of the invoice accompanying your order indicating which items you are returning and stating whether you would like an exchange (different size or different product) or refund. Please also indicate the reason for the refund or replacement. If you are unable to enclose a copy of the invoice, please note your order number, name & address in the package.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should alert us by email to info@biondicouture.com at the earliest opportunity, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
When ordering goods from Biondi Couture Limited for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Biondi Couture Limited, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can assure you that all information is shredded as soon as we have confirmed the details required.

Further, Biondi Couture Limited will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Biondi Couture does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Biondi Couture Limited
The entire liability of Biondi Couture Limited under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Biondi Couture Limited will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Biondi Couture Limited may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Biondi Couture Limited
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
