If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift wrap or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us:
Please complete the returns form accompanying your order indicating which items you are returning and stating whether you would like an exchange (different size or different product) or refund. Please also indicate the reason for the refund or replacement.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should alert us by email to email@example.com at the earliest opportunity, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
